Mark's Wheat Cornbread
Ingredients

Wheat Flour
1 cup

Cornmeal
1 tsp.

Sea Salt
2 tsp.

Baking Powder
1 cup

Milk (You might have to add a little more to get the right consistency)

Egg
1 Tbsp.

Olive Oil
2 Tbsp.

Dry Mustard

Black Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, combine wheat flour, cornmeal, sea salt and baking powder. Mix well.
In a separte bowl beat the egg, then add the milk to the egg and mix well.
Pour Olive Oil in a 10 inch iron skillet
Preheat the iron skillet in the preheated oven.
When skillet it hot, mix the milk mixture with the dry ingredients mixture and stir until mixed well.
Pour about half the Olive Oil from the hit skillet into the mixture and mix together.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and return to the oven.
Bake about 20 minutes until golden brown.
